the location was great with easy access to attractions and transport. i found some good pubs nearby offered dinner. the hotel was near waverley station, so arrival was easy. nearby pubs had dinner fare.
the beds felt hard and somewhat lumpy. they could use an upgrade to improve comfort. otherwise, the hotel was fine.

The location was very nice, steps away from everything! i was given a complimentary room upgrade. The staff helped with my luggage without me even asking. the breakfast selection was very tasty each morning we were there!
i found that the bathroom sink was a bit too high for me, as i'm only 5ft 5in.

tea, coffee, milk, sugar, sweetener, and shortbread biscuits were provided in the room, a lovely touch. the rooms are kept immaculate and clean daily! the beds and pillows are comfortable too.

The room i was assigned was quite small. The layout felt cramped. there was also a strange draft coming from the window , made it difficult to regulate the temperature. the bathroom looked dated, it needed some tlc.

The location was fantastic. It was a short walk from the train station! The reception team was very friendly. I found my room very clean. It was also warm.
The windows seemed to have zero sound proofing. I could hear city noise from the street most of the night.
